General Information

 

Entry is open to all students in high school or younger.

 

Check-in and pay entry fees at the Golf Shop counter before play Saturday morning.

 

The practice area will open at 7:15 a.m. with complimentary range balls provided.

 

Tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m.  Round 1 pairings and tee times will be sent via email and text on Thursday, September 25th and will also be posted on this web portal.  Round 2 pairings and tee times will be communicated after scoring is completed on Saturday. 

 

Entry fee includes a breakfast taco and lunch for participants, both days. 

 

For 9 Hole Open Divisions, we will attempt to play a different 9 holes the second day. 

 

All players will be walking and may not ride in a spectator cart during their round.

 

 

Caddies

  • Caddies are permitted and encouraged at no additional cost
  • Caddies must be declared and identified to the Starter and your playing partners before each round begins.
  • Caddies will walk along with players and are the only ones allowed to provide advice to players.
  • Caddies may use a push cart.

 

Spectators

  • Spectators are welcome and may walk the course at no cost.   
  • Subject to availability, golf carts may be rented for $30 (18 holes) or $15 (9 holes) per day (must be age 18 or over with a valid driver license) 
  • Spectator carts must remain on cart path at all times.
  • Spectators may help look for balls and otherwise are expected to have minimal to no interaction with golfers during play.   
  • Spectators may provide encouragement, are not permitted to give advice and are not allowed to comment or assist on any ruling. 
  • Alcohol is not permitted to be brought on the premises and will not be available for sale during the tournament.  

 

Push Carts

  • Push carts are permitted for players or caddies
  • The golf course does not have rentals available.

 

Ties

  • Tie scores for first place in the Championship Division will be decided by a sudden death playoff immediately following play.
  • Ties for all other positions and Divisions will be decided by a scorecard playoff (last 9, 6, 3, 1...)

 

Food & Beverage

  • Step inside Cork & Barrel, the clubhouse restaurant, for players' complimentary breakfast taco in the morning and lunch after golf.
  • Additional items are available for purchase by players and spectators.
  • Bottled water will be provided to players at their first and tenth tee. 
  • On the course, water coolers are located at the 3rd tee, 5th green, and 8th, 13th & 16th tees.
